I had lots of problems building AvrX using the WinAVR gcc tools for the
AVR, so I thought I'd upload my corrected version. It's based on version
2.6e of AvrX, and version 20030913 of WinAVR. 

Lots of warning messages are generated when running the makefiles; I'll
see if I can do something about these in the next few weeks.

I don't have the IAR tools, so I don't know whether everything still
works with them. It should, as I don't think I've changed anything that
is IAR-related.
