          Davicom DM9PCI Driver for WinCE 5.0 Release Note


      The Davicom DM9PCI NDIS CE miniport device driver is used to be the network 
 component of the Microsoft WinCE 5.0 enables hardware containing Davicom's PCI 
 Fast Ethernet controller DM9102 or DM9103 series.
    
      This file describes the procedures of the driver installation. Note that
