          Davicom DM9601 Driver for 5.0 Release Note


      The Davicom DM9601 NDIS CE miniport device driver is used to be 
  the network component of the Microsoft WinCE 5.0 enables hardware
  containing Davicom's USB Fast Ethernet controller 'DM9601'.
    
      This file describes the procedures of the driver installation. Note that
  this is not written for end-users.
