Web ICQ 是<%=Application("wsaxhxf_c_chatroomname")%>的内置功能之一。当你对某个聊友说话却不见对方回应，这时可能是由于对方正在浏览其他页面，没有看到屏幕上你对他说的话，此时，你就可以通过“Web
ICQ”给对方发送一条小于 300 个字符的消息，对方屏幕上就会弹出一个窗口，将你的消息显示出来，以引起对方的注意，将其唤回聊天室中。同时，此功能还可用于确定对方是否还在聊天室中，如果你点“呼叫”-->“查看”，发现消息一直未被收取（注意：没有被收取的消息只保留三分钟），则说明对方已经掉线或关闭了聊天室窗口。<br>
另：给别人点歌，也是通过 Web ICQ 来发送。<br>
