Embedded system romfs 檔案格式工具, run on linux 2.4

The filesystem is part of current Linux kernels since about 2.1.25,
but not included with the 2.0 kernels.  Patches for the 2.0 kernels
are available from:

	ftp://ftp.banki.hu:/pub/Linux/local/

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I separated the user tool and the
kernel patch to ease the updating.
