Warning:
Do not touch these files, since they are needed by the Code Notebook Web Publisher
to create the webpages out of your Code items.
The file "updating.htm" can be used to copy on the webserver while uploading the updated
set of folders. For instance you may rename the file into "index.htm" and copy it onto your
webserver such that users visiting your Code Notebook Webpublisher site see that your are currently
updating and do not see the broken site.
