parse fuzzy contrl language file

You don't need to have the Flex and Bison tools installed, because all the work they do
it's done by myself.

So all you have to do is to run the compile bash script, hopefully you will have it installed.

To run the program, just call the binary in the following form:

./fcl file_name

This is a preliminary version, so there can be a lot of things that may not work, be patient
