with CodeSite 4. This file is provided pursuant to the Raize Software 
License Statement and provides information on deploying applications
built with CodeSite 4 as well as information on deploying the
CodeSite Tools.

CodeSite Runtime Assemblies/Packages

In accordance with the General Terms That Apply to Compiled Programs 
and Redistributables, you may redistribute Raize Software-supplied 
runtime assemblies/packages only for the purpose of executing application 
programs created with CodeSite. You may not modify these packages in 
any way. The redistributable runtime packages are installed 
in the \Windows\System directory (for Windows 9x) or \Windows\System32
(for Windows NT/2000), but copies for distribution are provided in the 
CS4\Bin\System32 directory.

Although this software may include packages other than those listed 
below, only the packages listed below are redistributable.

You may NOT redeploy Raize Software-supplied design-time-only 
assemblies/packages. You may not recompile or redistribute any
Raize Software-supplied components or libraries for use by other 
developers.

If you are a licensed user of CodeSite 4, you may redistribute the

To aid in the distribution and installation of these support programs,
a separate installation program, CodeSiteTools.exe, is provided in 
the Tools folder. For example,
"C:\Program Files\Raize\CodeSite 4.0\Tools" by default. Please note that the
HttpUtil files are not inclueded in the CodeSiteTools installation program.

Removed or modified "Redistributable" files

RAIZE SOFTWARE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE OR MODIFY INDIVIDUAL
REDISTRIBUTABLE FILES FROM THIS RAIZE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, AT ANY TIME 
PRIOR TO RELEASE OF THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH FILES 
CONTINUE TO BE LISTED AS "REDISTRIBUTABLE" UPON RELEASE OF THE 
PRODUCT. RAIZE SOFTWARE SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER IN 
CONNECTION WITH ANY FILE WHICH IS LISTED AS "REDISTRIBUTABLE" BUT 
HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO THE PRODUCT'S RELEASE.
