	* mklinarch: made changes to make it more portable across sites to
	generate packaging of all the content - inspired by a little
	trouble as to how to get the jlg.* archives t o generate on
	sourceforge when i hardcoded a bunch of stuff for my local machine 
	to just update to all the mirrors via FTP
