<h2>Add a Website</h2>

<ul>
 <li>This page allows the Administrator to add websites where documents
are to be published.</li>
 <li>Enter the website name and URL, and select the webmaster that will
be responsible for this site.</li>
 <li>On clicking the Add button a notification will be sent to the
webmaster informing him/her of the new site. A message will indicate
successful completion of this task.</li>
