<h2>Add a Document</h2>

<ol>
 <li>Enter the document name in the text box shown. Ensure that the
document has not been added previously in the same folder.<br> If you
are unsure of the document path press the Browse button to locate the
document.</li>
 <li>Click the Add button to go to the Document Details screen.</li>
