accessed from the Dashboard page.</p>

 <li>Enter the name of the quick link, the URL and the ranking of the
link in the textboxes provided.</li>
 <li>Rankings determine the order in which the links are displayed on
the Dashboard.</li>
 <li>Click the Add button to add the link.</li>
