<h2>Add User to DMS</h2>

<ol>
 <li>Enter the username of the person you wish to add to the Document
Management System.  <b>Note: </b>The user must previously have been
added to the user directory.</li>
 <li>If the username exists, you will be taken to the user details
screen. Fill in the user's details, including their preferred
notification method(s), and click the Add button to add the user.</li>
