The following are some notes on the use of phpQuestionnaire:

1. We highly recommend reading the documentation that is distributed with
   this package in the phpQ/docs/ directory. You may also reach the user
   documentation at: http://www.chumpsoft.com/index.php?page=phpqdocs

2. If you want to link to a list of publicly available surveys on your program,
   that can be found via the phpQ/index.php file in this distribution.

3. The administration interface can be reached by pointing your web browser
   to the phpQ/admin/index.php file in this distribution.
