COPE the first practical network coding scheme which is developped on click

These elements do not support IPsec fully. The stuff that are missing are:

  - anti-reply attack detection during ESP unencapsulation process.
  - to use IPsec, you would need to hook up a Classifier to statically
    configure a SAD. we don't have a tunnel and SAD setup mechanism.
  - no AH support.

 IPSec elements:

   IPSecEspEncap    - places an ESP header onto the packet, set the
                      SPI, reply counter, and IV. RFC 2405, 2406.

   IPSecEspAuthSHA1 - computes or verifies SHA1 authentication digest. 
                      digest is append after the Esp header. use first
		      96 bits only. RFC 2404, 2406.

   IPSecDES         - encrypts or decrypts payload only, using DES-CBC
                      with 8 byte blocks. RFC 1829, 2405.
