vcalias will read a domains .qmail files and
load them up into the mysql table.

After you are happy with the contents of the valias
table. You should delete all of the .qmail files
in the domain EXCEPT for the .qmail-default file.

To make the file look at the Make.vcalias file.
You might need to modify it for the locations
of mysql include file and libraries.
