These test different parts of the library

* mysql:      To be run against a mysql server using myodbc 2.50.23 or later. 
	      Tests prepared statements and almost all datatypes.

* streams:    To be run against an oracle database. Tests scrollable ResultSets
	      with the updateXXXStream methods.

* scroll:     To be run against whatever database that has some scrolling
	      capabilities in the driver. Tests PreparedStatement and
	      backward-iteration of a ResultSet.

* dmtest:     Lists datasources and drivers.

* dbmetadata: Shows some information about a datasource.
