TCL cisco system voicemail

The voicemail-offramp.tcl TCL script is provided by Cisco as
part of the voice store and forward feature to handle incoming
mail to the offramp gateway.  The script is configured
in the offramp mmoip dialpeer as the application to be
invoked when the offramp gateway receives an email message
from an external mail client.  The script will extract the
header information from the email, including the destination
phone number, and place an outgoing call to the destination
number.  When the call is answered, the application will
hand over the call to a VXML script which will proceed
the VXML interaction between the gateway and the destination
phone, including streaming of audio prompts from an
external server through the gateway.
