License: You(Buyer) have the non-exclusive right to use purchased Hadcon Product 
on a single CPU. You may physically transfer the Product from one CPU to another
provided that the Product is used on only one CPU at a time. You may not transfer
the Product from one CPU to another over a network. You may not distribute copies of
the Product or related documentation to others. You may not modify or translate 
the Product or related documentation without the prior written consent of Hadcon 
microsystems. You may not use, copy, modify or transfer the Product or documentation,
or any copy thereof, or permit anyone else do so, except as expressly provided in this
agreement. Hadcon does not assume any liability arising out of the application or use 
of any product or circuit described herein; neither does it convey any license under 
patent rights or the rights of others. Hadcon products are not designed, intended, 
or authorized for use as components in systems intended for surgical implant 
into the body, or other applications intended to support or sustain life, or for any
other application in which failure of the Hadcon product could create a situation where
personal injury or death may occur. Should Buyer purchase or use Hadcon products for 
any such unintended or unauthorized application, Buyer shall indemnify and hold Hadcon
and its officers, subsidiaries, and distributors harmless against all claims, costs,
damages, and expenses, and reasonable attorney fees arising out of, directly or 
indirectly,any claim of personal injury or death associated with such unintended
or unauthorized use, even if such claim alleges that Hadcon was negligent regarding 
the design or manufacture of the part or system.

Warranty: Hadcon microsystems warrants that each legal purchased Hadcon's Product 
which is designated by Hadcon microsystems as warranted in its program specification 
will conform to such specification is properly used on the machine for which it was 
designed. All other Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, 
either express or implied.
The entire risk as to quality and performance of the Product is with you should the 
program prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessaryservicing, repair 
or correction. Hadcon systems does not warrant that the functions contained in any 
program of Product will meet your requirements or that the operation of the program 
will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the program defects will be corrected.
