RAM Defragmentation tools

This directory holds some tools used by ramdefrag developers to ease their
coding pains.

cvs2cl.pl: a script to generate ChangeLog files from cvs log entries. It is
(C) 2001,2002,2003,2004 Martyn J. Pearce <[e-mail]>, under the GNU GPL.
(C) 1999 Karl Fogel <[e-mail]>, under the GNU GPL.
and we got it from http://www.red-bean.com/cvs2cl/
It was modified slightly by Tobias Jordan <[e-mail]>.

update-ChangeLog.sh: a shell script to ease utilisation of cvs2cl.pl.
