			A virtual community is a point of meeting (in our case by web) where 
			the members want to share something.<br />
			In the virtual communities there is the possibility of registration 
			and communication with the various members, in it they are present small 
			subgroups where the ideas are tightly shared more and more.<br />

			A net VPN must be considered like a LAN (in fact we are using the classes

			The most big problem was to think about a good way to have a web community 
			connected with a VPN, respecting the canons of community and to preserve 
			the safety of the published network.<br />
			In this community we have free access of registration, free access of 
			creation of new VPN network but if it we chosen for make crypted VPN 
			network we can become members only if we get invitation from the administrator 
			of that community (like in Orkut,
			<a target="_blank" href="http://www.orkut.com">www.orkut.com</a>, for 
			example).<br />
			Another mechanism used in the community concerns the confirmation of 
			the registrations, it happens through hash key used for the confirmations 
			by email.</p>
