This page is designed for the Company Directors and the System Administrator
to assign resources to a project and to modify existing resources status
in a project. <br>
<br>
To assign resources to a project or to modify existing resources in a project,
please select the project name from the drop-down Project Name list and
then press <input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.<br><br>

<b><a name="Assign"></a>Steps to Assign Resources to a Project</b>
<ol>
<li>Select a project which any resources should be assigned to and then press
<input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.
<li>Go to "<b>Add Resources to Project</b>" to select how many resources should be assigned to this project
and then press <input type="button" name="Add" value="Add">.
<li>Select resources name from the drop down list provided and assign a project
role to each resources selected. To set From Date and End Date, please
focus on demanded date field and select a date from a popup calendar. Besides
resources selection, project role assignation and date settings, you <font color="#ff0000">must</font> set Billable flag and Charge type for each resources, and should also
fill in work Load percentage, Budget Days and Budget Amount accordingly
if applicable.
<li>After the complation of Step 3, please press <input type="button" name="Update" value="Update"> to save the assignation to the system.
<li>You can assign three resources to a project at a time. If more than three resources should be assigned to a project, repeat Step 1 - 4 in this section.

<b><u><font color="red">IMPORTANT NOTICE</font></u></b>: <br><br>
You can't delete any assignation after you save that assignation to the
system. If you made a wrong entry, you could change End Date to the value
as the date of From Date and then update your change to the system.<br><br>

<b><a name="Modify"></a>Steps to modify Existing Resources in a Project</b>
<ol>
<li>Select a project in which any resources should be modified and then press
<input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.
<li>Modify any information if applicable and then press <input type="button" name="Update" value="Update"> to save your changes to the system.
