This page is designed for the System Administrator to add new users and
to modify existing user's profile.<br><br>
To add new user or to modify existing user's profile, please select a resources
name from the drop down Resources Name list and then press <input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.<br><br>

<b><a name="Add"></a>Steps to Add New Users</b>
<ol>
<li>Select a resources name who will become a new user for the application
and then press <input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.
<li>Asasign a user name to the resources and a user role (normally "User")
to the new user. In addition, chnage the Active flag if necessary.
<li>After the complation of Step 2, please press <input type="button" name="Update" value="Update"> to save new user profile to the system.

<b><a name="Modify"></a>Steps to modify Existing Users in a Project</b>
<ol>
<li>Select a Resources Name which user profile should be modified and then
press <input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.
<li>Modify any field if applicable and then press <input type="button" name="Update" value="Update"> to save your changes to the system.

<b><a name="#ResetPwd"></a>Steps to Reset Login Password</b>
<ol>
<li>Select a Resources Name which Login Password should be reset and then
press <input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.
<li>Press <input type="button" name="Reset_Pwd" value="Reset Password"> to reset password to "netstar" for the user.
</ol>

<b><a name="Tips"></a>Tips</b>
<ol>
<li>Each resources should only have one User Name in the system. Based on needs,
the System Administrator could assign various user role, department role
and project role to a specific user.
<li>If a user does not need his/her user name any more, please set the Active
flag to Disactive for the user.
<li>Since each user is based on certein resources, you have to add new resouces
profile before you can add a User associated with the resources.
<li>User's Login Name must be identical in the system. As a result, please
first verify user's Login Name when you run into a user creation problem.
