If Laddie does not detect an alarm in a zone when you
open the door or move within range of a motion detector,
you may have a hardware problem with the sensors in
the zone.</p>
<p>
You should <i>disable</i> the zone until the hardware
problem can be resolved.  The Laddie User's Manual 
describes how to disable a zone.
