Titles are a great way to organize and add visual appeal to your menus.  You can insert a title 
anywhere by right clicking and choosing 'Insert Title' from the context menu.

Titles may be selected, moved, and deleted just like a standard menu item. To style your titles, right click the title and select 'Title Styles' from the context menu.

Titles differ from standard menu items, they do not show hover and active effects, or act as links.
