Thank you for trying C28x Software Collateral. 

This utility contains Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) for F2810/F2812 DSP device to
facilitate peripheral configuration using "C". It also contains a simple test program 
for each peripheral to exemplify the usage of HAL to control & configure the on-chip peripheral.
