<a name="1204404"> </a><font size=2 face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">The ST20-C2 processor has a memory which has a 32-bit signed address range, or more exactly, it has a memory in which words are addressed by 30-bit word addresses with a 2-bit byte-selector to identify the bytes in that word. The memory subsystem may divide this address space into banks which can be given different memory characteristics and can be used for different purposes.</font>
