This demo on graph based learning algorithms has been written by
Matthias Hein and Ulrike von Luxburg. It has been first used at the practical
sessions of the Machine Learning Summer School 2007 at the
Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics in Tuebingen, Germany:

This demo is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). It
can be used by everybody, as long as this file and the credit comments
in the demo are not removed.

For the kMeans clustering algorithm used in spectral clustering we use
the kMeans2 function from the

Piotr's Image & Video Toolbox for Matlab

developed by Piotr Dollar. It can be downloaded at 

http://vision.ucsd.edu/~pdollar/toolbox/doc/

His toolbox is released under the lesser GPL. Thanks to him for making
his toolbox publicly available.
