      The Davicom DM9010/9000A NDIS CE miniport device driver is used to be 
  the network component of the Microsoft WinCE 4.2/5.0 enables hardware
  containing Davicom's ISA Fast Ethernet controller 'DM9000'.
    
      This file describes the procedures of the driver installation. Note that
