See also problem <a href="otl3_prob.htm#prob46">46</a>. This example
definitely
does NOT work with VC++ 6.0. In Windows, it can be compiled with
Borland
C++ 5.5. or GNU C++, or any other C++ compiler which supports the ANSI
C++ bool uncaught_exception() function.</p>
