基于4个mips核的noc设计

mips - Hardware simulator
-------------------

mips was generated by compiling the SystemC implementation of the
2-by-2 torus network-on-chip. It outputs every transmission and 
reception over the torus to stdout.

Invoke as: mips X 
where X is the simulation time in nanoseconds.

See ../doc for information on making your own version of the NoC, e.g.
with a differtent number of nodes or other debugging output.
