The following modifications were done on the SDM2000 to make the SDM2005:

1.	Cut the trace from R35 pin 1 to U2 pin P24, on bottom side of PCB, close to R35.
2.	Soldered a 22 Ohm (0805) resistor with one contact on the pad of R35 pin 1, and the other contact
      on the cut trace itself (on the other side of the cut), so that the resistor bridges over the cut.
3.	Connected a 30 AWG rework wire, on bottom side of PCB, between the via immediately next to
      CON5 pad 56 and the trace coming from CON4 pad 36.
4.	Cut the trace coming from CON4 pad 36, on bottom side of PCB, close to the pad.
5.	Cut the trace coming from PP3 pad 1, on top side of PCB, close to the pad.
6.	Replaced SC2000 with SC20005.
