CCSM Research Tools: Community Atmosphere Model (CAM)

\subsection{Description}

The time manager class is responsible for functions related to time
stepping within a model.  These including advancing the time, storing
start and stop dates, and, if the model is restarting, storing a 
base date that represents the original starting date of the model.
