２．说明<BR>

该文书是公安机关为查明案情，传唤不需要逮捕、拘留的犯罪嫌疑人按照指定的时间和地点到案接受讯问的文书。刑事诉讼法第９２条第１款规定：“对于不需要逮捕、拘留的犯罪嫌疑人，可以传唤到犯罪嫌疑人所在市、县内的指定地点或者到他的住处进行讯问，但是应当出示人民检察院或者公安机关的证明文件。”这里所指的证明文件就是传唤通知书。<BR>
制作和使用传唤通知书应当注意的问题是：<BR>
要明确传唤的范围。根据刑事诉讼法的有关规定，传唤的对象是不需要逮捕、拘留的犯罪嫌疑人，不得以传唤通知书的形式通知证人提供证言。<BR>
传唤通知书只能使用一次，而且每次传唤不得超过１２小时。传唤过程中，不得采取派人押解、加带械具等强制办法。<BR>
本格式是公安机关使用的传唤通知书。<BR>
