２．说明<BR>

收养是公民按照法律程序领养他人子女作为自己的子女，建立拟制血亲关系的民事法律行为。办理收养关系公证应注意的问题有：<BR>
（１）收养人应当向收养人所在地的公证机关提出申请收养公证。<BR>
（２）收养人与送养人之间应当有收养协议。收养人与送养人必须亲自到公证机关办理公证，不得由他人代理。<BR>
（３）收养人应当提供下列证明文件：①收养人、送养人和被收养人的身份证明；②收养人的经济能力的证明；③被收养人的出生证明或者户籍证明；④收养人和送养人的婚姻状况；⑤收养人的健康证明和生育能力证明；⑥收养人无子女的证明；⑦收养协议（或草稿）以及公证机关规定的其他证明。<BR>
