经双方协商，甲方委托乙方代储存为此拟定如下条款共同遵守。<BR>
１．仓库租金计算<BR>
确定乙方提供仓库＿＿＿＿＿＿平方米由甲方使用，仓库租金按月包库制，每月每平方米＿＿＿＿＿＿元，合计月租金为＿＿＿＿＿＿元整。<BR>
２．货物进出库手续及验收<BR>
３．双方权利义务及违约责任<BR>
（１）储存危险物品或易变质物品，甲方应当说明该物的性质，提供有关资料。甲方违反本约定的，乙方可以拒收仓储物，也可以采取相应措施避免损失发生，因此产生的费用由存货人承担。<BR>
（２）乙方根据甲方的要求，应当同意其检查仓储物或提取样品。<BR>
（３）乙方发现入库仓储物有变质或其他损害的，应及时通知甲方者仓单持有人。<BR>
（４）仓单持有人逾期提取的，应当加收仓储费，提前提取的，不减收仓储费。<BR>
（５）储存期间仓储物毁损灭失的，仓管人员应承担违约责任。因仓储物包装不符合约定或超过有效储存期造成仓储物变质、损坏的，仓管人不承担责任。<BR>
（６）其他。<BR>
４．本协议自＿＿＿＿＿＿年＿＿＿＿＿＿月＿＿＿＿＿＿日生效，未尽事宜双方共同协商解决。<BR>
５．本协议一式＿＿＿＿＿＿份（正本＿＿＿＿＿＿份，副本＿＿＿＿＿＿份）甲方正本一份、副本＿＿＿＿＿＿份。乙方正本一份，副本＿＿＿＿＿＿份。 <BR>
