　　一、受聘后的福利待遇：<BR> 

　　１．在聘用期间，受聘人的退休费（原工资的　　％，金额　　元）由＿＿发给。<BR> 

　　２．聘用期间，受聘人退休“补差”工资（原工资的　　％，金额＿＿元）由聘用单位发给，并视其工作成绩适当发给奖金。<BR> 

　　３．受聘在多劳多得企业工作的退休人员，不享受“补差”工资和奖金。按＿＿执行，其费用由聘有单位支付。<BR> 

　　４．聘用时间，受聘人应享受的劳保福利待遇由聘用单位负责解决，如因工伤残、因工死亡，其保险待遇全部由聘用单位负担。<BR> 

　　二、在合同期间，受聘人应服从聘用单位的领导，遵守各项规章制度，尽职尽责完成工作任务。<BR>
