　　公司同意不让上述企业及其财产对此种债务、责任或义务以及因执行此种责任或义务或索要此种债务而产生的任何指控、诉讼，或法律程序而承担任何责任。<BR> 

　　转让人在此指派公司作为其代表，替他（们）索要、接受和收取目前拖欠上述企业且在此由公司接手的一切债权债务。转让人还授权公司为索要和收取上述债务而行使法律许可的一切行为，且可用其认为必要的方式使用转让人的姓名以索要债务，只要不使转让人发生任何支出和开支，或对转让人造成任何损失。<BR>
