20080124
- Fixed genmenu.c time calculation (conversion from floating-point time
  to fixed-point time did not work correctly because two double->int
  conversions were made and the rounding of those differed),
  created mnu2txt.c so you can check the menu conversion.
- Plays playlist mode ("Bible in a year", "Story Index", "Topic Index")
  entries consequtively. Updates the title (current topic) between
  entries, also updates the current verse display.
  The playlist parent entries can not have autoplay.

20080123
- Seems that programming through USB works for the 512M image now.
  When finished programming, VS1000_B.RUN now flashes the display 10 times
  and powers down the system.
- VS1000_B.RUN now also formats the mapper, so the 25/50sec wait is removed.
- When there were no bookmarks, you could not scroll below the
  bookmark entry in the main menu. (fixed)
- Now displays verse name instead of "Bookmark xx" in bookmark menu.


How to program
1) power up with flash disabled, then enable flash
2) use nandtools to init 256M FLASH
   a) use command 120, set 90ns, type 3, blocksize 8, flashsize 19
   b) use command 11 to erase blocks
      0x100, 0x200, 0x300, 0x400, 0x500, 0x600, 0x800, 0x900, 0xa00
      (one at a time)
   c) press ctrl-C
3) run flashbook.bat to program the firmware
   then press ctrl-C
4) connect the USB, then power up (note that the firmware requires
   you to press it for a quarter of a second)
5) after the mass storage appears,
   format the disk using quick format, then copy the content
6) after copy select "eject" and wait 2 seconds. You can now detach USB.
7) the start screen should appear. Now reset the unit.
8) programming is ready, you can press power to start the unit.
bug: seems backlight timer can not be accessed if there are no bookmarks.

20080121
- disabled the low voltage poweroff temporarily

- in play mode LED1 will be turned on
  (in pause mode LED1 starts to blink after backlight is turned off,
   i.e. low-power pause mode is activated)
- in menu mode LED1 will be turned off
  (in menu mode (no audio playing) LED1 starts to blink after backlight
   is turned off, i.e. low-power pause mode is activated)

20080108
- low-power pause mode is disabled while the backlight is on
  -> now always turns off backlight before going to low-power pause mode.

20080103
- added menu entry select operation to Mode button
- MAINMENU.SCR (2*132 bytes) is used for main menu title graphics,
  default graphics is "MAIN MENU" and "=====================".
- menu keys were activated after play ended even when keylock was on. (fixed)
- Saving of settings did not detect used entries correctly:
  If you once saved settings without any bookmarks, you would get
  those settings over and over again. (fixed)
