<td height="419" bgcolor="#71CED6"><p class="STYLE6">四川省火炬传递原则上将取消绵阳、广汉以及成都市的都江堰等重灾区。昨日，<a href="http://2008.sina.com.cn" target="_blank">北京奥运会</a>火炬传递四川省组委会办公室主任朱玲说，原则性意见中并未说原传递城市的火炬手将被取消。</p>
<p class="STYLE6"> <strong>取消传递为保证救灾</strong></p>
<p class="STYLE6"> 朱玲说，8月3日至8月5日，北京奥运圣火将分别在广安、乐山、自贡、宜宾、成都5个城市传递。因受地震影响，原定在绵阳、广汉和成都下辖都江堰的火炬传递原则上将被取消。</p>
<p class="STYLE6"> “现在首要工作是安置受灾群众，”朱玲说，灾区建设包括重建，安置老百姓，防疫等问题，所需时间长。提出火炬传递不过重灾区，就是为不影响抗震救灾。</p>
<p class="STYLE6"> <strong>四川将增加英模火炬手</strong></p>
<p class="STYLE6"> 对于如何安置取消传递城市的火炬手,朱玲说，这需进一步研究，目前意见中没说要取消他们的资格。另外，圣火在川的传递，将增加抗震救灾英模为火炬手。</p>
<p><span class="STYLE6"> 记者了解到，四川原定的832名<a href="http://torch.2008.sina.com.cn" target="_blank">奥运火炬</a>手已经北京奥组委确认，原则上不会再增加或减少。而调整后各城市的火炬手名单，目前仍在研究中。</span> </p></td>
