MD5 hash sums are provided for source modules and signed with my
PGP key (file hashes.asc).  My signed PGP public is in the file
My-Public-Key.

On July 7 1993 jsw change the code to mask off the 8th bit and make
sure only 7 bits are used for the login name and words.  We had some
troubles with the 8th bit being set by some Apple Mac machines.
