GHelm is a cross-platform OpenGL/Gtk S57 nautical chart viewer.

Currently GHelm supports

      Tested under Linux.

  * OpenGL or Mesa (http://www.mesa3d.org/)

Installation
============

To build run:
    scons

The ghelm binary will be created in ./src

Use
===
You will need to have a ENC_ROOT directory with a corresponding catalog file.
The first time you run GHelm you will be prompted for this catalog file.
Charts are available from www.noaa.gov
