the procedure is as follow below
Be sure that the utility will only work under nt

step1: remove the existing network driver from the
control pannel network tab and the remove the all 
protocols which are interacted with the same mac address

once the thing is over you select the network adapter
for the given menu named the ms lookback adapter
and install the same with as usual procedure

once the network card get installed you can see the mac address
by typing the ipconfig/all this time you note the mac address

and copy the below send files which only contains the loop.sys to
winnt/system32/drivers/loop.sys

then you see the magic: the earlier mac address seems to
be changed
