IIS WinPlay3 v2.3b5  SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT

WinPlay3 is protected by copyright laws and international copyright
treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

All title and copyrights in and to the IIS WinPlay3 v2.3b5 software
product are owned by:

Fraunhofer Institut Integrierte Schaltungen

D-91058 Erlangen, Germany



GRANT OF LICENSE

Fraunhofer IIS hereby grants you the non-exclusive, nontransferable
right of installation and personal usage of the IIS WinPlay3 v2.3b5
software: You may install one copy of WinPlay3 on your computer for
your personal and non-commercial usage.

All other rights are reserved to Fraunhofer IIS. You may not rent,
lease, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer the WinPlay3
software product, including any accompanying documentation materials.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the WinPlay3
software product, except and only to the extent that such activity
is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this
limitation.

Fraunhofer IIS and its suppliers shall retain title and all ownership
right to the IIS WinPlay3 software product.

Fraunhofer IIS is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates
for WinPlay3 to you. However, any maintenance or updates provided
by Fraunhofer IIS shall be covered by this License Agreement. 

Fraunhofer IIS will not provide any support or further assistance
in installing and using the WinPlay3 software than the accompanying
online documentation files, please refrain from directing questions
regarding program installation and usage to Fraunhofer IIS.



DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Fraunhofer IIS expressly disclaims any warranty for the WinPlay3
software product. WinPlay3 is provided on an "as is" basis without
warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without
limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of
use or performance of WinPlay3 remains with you. In no event shall
Fraunhofer IIS be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the
use of the WinPlay3 software product.
