View menu

	The View menu allows the user to change the view of the image in various 
	ways. The top section of the menu consists of several mutually
	exclusive items. The currently selected item has a check box to its left.
	The default view is called Top View, which is an 2D colormap indexed
	to the height data of the AFM image. Most other views are surfaces plots
	of the image data. Also included are quick size changes and rescalings
	of the image, and a snapshot item which sizes the window to the screen
	and hides the menu. Finally, there is a refresh item to redisplay the 
	image.
