The ALEX help system

	The ALEX help system is accessed through the help menu. An index is 
	provided that points to various help files (files with the extension 
	.hlp). The user chooses the desired file by means of a file choice 
	dialog box. Files have descriptive names, which shoud be 
	self-explanatory. When the file is called up, it is displayed in a 
	viewer box. Related subjects can be directly called up through the 
	See also popup, located at the lower left. Buttons for navigating 
	through the help system are provided below the viewer box.

	The help system is extensible. Users can write their own help files, 
	and link them to other help files via the See also popup.
