Blur Lowpass

	The Blur Lowpass item of the Modify menu applies a Gaussian lowpass
	filter to the current image. The buttons provided allow the neighborhood
	of the filtering to be specified. See the MATLAB Image Processing
	Toolbox Manual for more information.
