This file is a guide of how to use AEDCF and EDCF medium access schemes:

Command line :


ns  main_AEDCF_EDCF.tcl audio-video-Bt.tcl Number-of-nodes  Update_period alpha AEDCF-or-EDCF
 

* main_AEDCF_EDCF.tcl : This script will load another tcl file, assumed to be named "****.tcl".
	

Note that the main_AEDCF_EDCF.tcl script can be used for all the scenario scripts as audio-video-Bt.tcl.

It does'not need any modifications unless user wants change some MAC parameters.



*audio-video-Bt.tcl  : Here you create the scenerio that you want. Keep the toologie depends 

on the  number of nodes,as this later changes the topology behaviors according to this number.


*Number of nodes : You can put here the number of nodes



* Update_period : Here you put after how long you update the collision rate parameter.



* Alpha : The smoothing factor Alpha is used as a smoothing factor to decide how much weight 

you give to the current collision rate and to the previous one.





* AEDCF-or-EDCF : Here you just put 1 if you want run AEDCF or 0 if you want run  EDCF .
