In this new version of 'mod1i', 3 methods for doing the distributed
dotproduct are compared for 1,..., nodes processors where 'nodes' is
the number of processors that is specified in the mpirun(-like) command.
So, this version is unlike the previous one in which only the result
for exactly 'nodes' processors was computed.
