The date/time dialog box is for setting a date/time parameter. It contains 
6 spin boxes representing hour, minute, secs, month, day, and year. 

To manipulate the spin boxes, simply use the up and down arrows of the 
scrollbar to increment through valid values, or simply type in a valid value on
the spinbox entry box.

COMMAND BUTTONS
===============

Click on the "Ok" button when you're done setting values for the various
widgets.  This is also the default action (as indicated by the sunken look of 
the button) when the <Return> key is pressed.

If any of the spinboxes are left blank, it will not allow you to quit out of
the dialog box until you've put in a valid value.
